Bringing Nationally Renowned Cancer Care to Locations Throughout Northeast Ohio

University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center and Mercy Regional Medical Center partnered to provide Lorain County residents with close-to-home access to nationally renowned cancer care. Along with bringing leading UH Seidman Cancer Center experts to Mercy, the partnership creates new opportunities for local patients to participate in some of the most promising clinical trials.

The Mercy move was part of a big year of expansion. UH Seidman Cancer Center opened at St. John Medical Center, expanded at UH Geauga Medical Center, and began offering medical oncology services at Magruder Hospital in Port Clinton. UH Seidman Cancer Center now includes 11 community sites.
